Christmas tree cookie bars



1 stick butter, softened
1 egg
Ganache topping:
1 cup sugar free chocolate chips
3/4 c organic heavy whipping cream
Green drizzle:
1 cup melted sugar free white chips tinted with Watkins no artificial green food dye  and a few drops mint or vanilla extract.
Powdered sweetener for snowy dusting. 
1.Preheat oven to 350 and grease an 8” baking dish.
2.Make cookies according to package directions and press into dish. Bake 20 minutes.
3.Cool cookie bars completely 
4.Make ganache topping by bringing heavy cream to a boil. Pour over chocolate chips and stir until fully combined. Pour over cookie bars and spread out evenly. Chill in fridge until set(about 1hr).
5.Cut into tree shapes by halving the pan and then slicing in diagonals on each side to form tree shapes. 
6.Make green drizzle by microwaving Chips in 15 second increments until smooth. Stir in coloring and extract. Place in baggie and snip the corner slightly. Drizzle over bars however you like.
7.Dust with powdered sweetener for a snow effect and enjoy!
