KETO CHOC CHIP COOKIE CHEESECAKE BARS
Make Keto candy girl chocolate chip cookie mix per instructions.
8oz softened cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup powdered sweetener
Juice of half a lemon
Dropper full of oooflavors lemon pound cake flavoring
Pinch of xanthan gum
Mix cream cheese and sweetener. And then add egg, sour cream, lemon juice, flavoring, salt and xanthan gum.
Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper. Take half the cookie dough and press it into the bottom of the pan. Bake at 350 for 5 minutes. Then spread the cheesecake filling over the pre baked layer. Place spoonfuls of the remaining cookie dough on top of the cheesecake layer. Bake for 30 more minutes. Halfway through I pulled it out and sprinkled it with a chopped up Choczero milk chocolate hazelnut bark bar.
Let this cool in the fridge for a good 4 hours before slicing into squares.
