Keto Chocolate Covered Strawberries


2 baskets of strawberries washed and dried thoroughly

bag of chocolate chips (We use ChocZero)

Tbls coconut oil


chopped nuts, coconut, sugar free sprinkles, white chocolate for drizzle

Steps to Make It

  1. Gather the ingredients.

  2. In a small glass bowl melt the coconut oil and chocolate chips in the microwave 15 seconds at a time

  3. Stir until completely smooth.

  4. Wash and dry the strawberries and leave on their stems for easy grabbing.

  5. One at a time use a skewer in the center of one strawberry and dip in the chocolate and twirl around to coat.

  6. Lay them on a piece parchment paper or wax paper lined baking sheet.

  7. Sprinkle on any toppings of choice and let set for 10 minutes to harden a bit or place in the refrigerator.
  8. Serve and enjoy!


  • A little bit of coconut oil makes the melted chocolate chips a bit smoother and much easier to dip the strawberries in.
  • Make sure you dry them well after washing or the chocolate will have a tougher time sticking to the surface.
  • Once they are dipped and before you place them back in the refrigerator you can add additional toppings.
