KETO CINNAMON ROLL COOKIES

HOW TO

β€’Prepare one package ofΒ Keto candy girlΒ snickerdoodle cookie mix as directed on the package, setting aside the cinnamon sugar dust packet.

β€’When dough forms, roll out into a rectangle on a non-stick surface (about 12x5) Place in freezer while working on next step

β€’Next take the cinnamon sugar packet and add 1/2 cup ofΒ sugar substitute and 1/4 cup of heavy cream. Mix until a thick paste forms.

β€’Remove cookie dough from freezer and add cinnamon mixture in a thin layer to the top

β€’Roll rectangle of dough starting on the long side, just like you would a cinnamon roll

β€’Once rolled, slice into 16 cookies and bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes

β€’When cooled, Enjoy! Add a quick drizzle of frostingΒ  which is sugar substituteΒ + vanilla extract + heavy cream to desired consistency

***these were the best texture the next day because the inside that is basically just sugar really needs time to firm up!
