KETO CINNAMON ROLL COOKIES

HOW TO
•Prepare one package of Keto candy girl snickerdoodle cookie mix as directed on the package, setting aside the cinnamon sugar dust packet.
•When dough forms, roll out into a rectangle on a non-stick surface (about 12x5) Place in freezer while working on next step
•Next take the cinnamon sugar packet and add 1/2 cup of sugar substitute and 1/4 cup of heavy cream. Mix until a thick paste forms.
•Remove cookie dough from freezer and add cinnamon mixture in a thin layer to the top
•Roll rectangle of dough starting on the long side, just like you would a cinnamon roll
•Once rolled, slice into 16 cookies and bake at 350° for 20 minutes
•When cooled, Enjoy! Add a quick drizzle of frosting which is sugar substitute + vanilla extract + heavy cream to desired consistency
***these were the best texture the next day because the inside that is basically just sugar really needs time to firm up!
