Keto HAPA-SLAW (Half asian coleslaw)

This Keto Coleslaw is DELICIOUS! It's a winning keto side dish perfect for any BBQ or picnic! Wow your friends with this yummy keto side dish!

Ingredients:

  • 2 T Sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 2 C Mayo
  • black pepper to taste
  • pinch of salt
  • 3-4 packs Truvia or other Keto friendly sweetner
  • 1/2 t ground mustard
  • 3 chopped green onions
  • 1 C dry roasted peanuts
  • 2 Bags plain coleslaw mix *

*More Chopped peanuts and green onions for garnish (optional)

In a large bowl add sesame oil, vinegar, mayo salt & pepper, keto friendly sweetner and ground mustard. Whisk well until all ingredients are creamy. Add 1 C dry roasted peanuts, green onions and slaw mixes.

Mix well, taste and when happy with seasoning, garnish and SERVE!
