KETO LEMON 🍋 CRUST CHEESECAKE BITES



HOW TO

1 bag of Keto candy girl lemon cookie mix.

Mix as instructed. Press dough down into a silicone cupcake mold. Bake at 350° for 10 mins. Let cool.

No bake cheesecake filling


8oz softened cream cheese
3/4 cups heavy whipping cream
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup powdered sweetener
1.5 tbsp of preferred keto vanilla collagen
1/2 tbsp beef gelatin
Beat cream cheese, HWC & vanilla until well blended. Add sweetener, collagen & gelatin, beat until smooth & creamy.

Distribute filling evenly in cupcake mold. Refrigerate for minimum of 4 hours before serving. (Best to let it chill overnight!)
