KETO LEMON STRAWBERRY BARS


HOW TO


Crust


1 Package of Keto candy girl lemon cookie mix

2 Tbsp collagen

6 Tbsp olive oil 

1 Egg

Topping

 
1 Cup whipped coconut cream 
1 Cup homemade strawberry compote 
1 Tbsp lemon juice

Instructions


1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. Add mix, collagen, egg and olive oil into bowl and mix until combined 
3. Place in 8x10 glass dish and bake for 25 mins. Let it cool completely 
4. Mix coconut cream, lemon juice and strawberry compote in a bowl and place on top of crust
5. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours. Cut and enjoy!
