HOW TO


Crust


1 Package of Keto candy girl lemon cookie mix

2 Tbsp collagen

6 Tbsp olive oilΒ 

1 Egg

Topping

1 Cup whipped coconut creamΒ 
1 Cup homemade strawberry compoteΒ 
1 Tbsp lemon juice

Instructions


1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. Add mix, collagen, egg and olive oil into bowl and mix until combinedΒ 
3. Place in 8x10 glass dish and bake for 25 mins. Let it cool completelyΒ 
4. Mix coconut cream, lemon juice and strawberry compote in a bowl and place on top of crust
5. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours. Cut and enjoy!
