Preheat cloven to 350°. Make the pumpkin spice and brownie mixes as directed on the Keto Candy Girl Cookie package. Roll out the cookie dough into a rectangle making sure it’s at least 1/4” thick. Layer the brownie batter on top of the cookie dough and roll like a cinnamon roll. Place in the freezer for 5-10 minutes before slicing. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. I made 16 cookies out of the roll!
Absolutely Delicious!! A little pricey, but worth it for a treat. The company needs to tidy up on the shipping. They arrived thawed out with a warm cold pack.
These are absolutely my faves, totally yummy, & even more yummy if cold. Great chewy texture, & amazing taste. Expensive, so they can only be a rare treat, but I'd eat one daily if I could afford it! Best keto donut around, in my humble opinion.
