Preheat cloven to 350°. Make the pumpkin spice and brownie mixes as directed on the Keto Candy Girl Cookie package. Roll out the cookie dough into a rectangle making sure it’s at least 1/4” thick. Layer the brownie batter on top of the cookie dough and roll like a cinnamon roll. Place in the freezer for 5-10 minutes before slicing. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. I made 16 cookies out of the roll!
This is my second time trying this keto chocolate chip cookie mix and it definitely gets the job done for me and my boyfriend when we’re craving something sweet and low carb :) This year, I bought it so we could have the cookies as a dessert for Valentine’s Day! I cut the cookies into hearts and they turned out so cute. We loved them and ate and shared them with his whole family :)
these are sooo good! there’s a crunch in it, not sure what it is, but it gives these an amazing texture. they are chewy cookies all around. i only baked them 12m out of the recommended 12-15m. and they were golden and delicious! well done KCG!!
These are my favorite keto treat! They’re so good. I wish the nutrition info was available, I have requested it multiple times. That’s my only complaint. But the cookies are delicious.
AMAZING!! I got them for my brother's birthday. He lives butterscotch everything. They were sooooooo good. Pretty close to my favorite white chocolate macadamia nut.
