KETO STRAWBERRY LEMON CAKE
2 bags of Keto Candy Girl lemon mix
1/2 Cup avocado oil
2 TBSP heavy cream
1/4 Cup of strawberry lemon water
A squirt of lemonade water enhancer
. Mixed that all together and poured it into a greased Bundt pan. Cook in the oven for 30 minutes at 350. Let it cool and made the icing with 2 TBSP softened butter, 1 ounce softened cream cheese, 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream, splash of vanilla and some red food coloring. Whisked that together until it got to the consistency I wanted and topped the cake with strawberries and Lily’s sugar free white chocolate bark melted with a little coconut oil.
