Keto Strawberry Lemon No Bake Cheesecake Bars
1 Stick of unsalted butter
2 8 ounce blocks of softened cream cheese
1/2 cup of powered sweetener
Sugar free strawberry jello mix
3/4 cups of heavy cream
Using Keto candy lemon cookie mix for the crust. Add all ingredients listed on the back of the bag and mix together. Line a 8X8 baking dish in parchment paper and then evenly spread the lemon cookie mix in the pan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Remove and set aside and completely cool.
Next in a large mixing bowl beat two 8 ounce blocks of softened cream cheese together. Add 1/2 cup of powered sweetener and strawberry jello mix and beat again. Slowly add in 3/4 cups of heavy cream and beat until smooth and creamy. Spread cheesecake mixture evenly over cooled lemon cookie crust, cover and refrigerate for 3 hours. Cut into bars, and keep refrigerated.
