Keto tiramisu brownies

Tiramisu cheesecake fillingβ£

Prepare brownie mix and pour into a parchment lined 8x8 baking pan, reserve 1/2 C of the mix. Layer a bag of theΒ @highkeysnacksΒ Wafer cookies on top of the brownie mix and lightly press down. Prepare some espresso or very strong coffee and brush over the tops of the cookies. Layer on your tiramisu topping (recipe below). With remaining brownie mix, drop spoonful's on top of the tiramisu layer and gently swirl together. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes until the edges are pulling away and the middle is just slightly jiggly. Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight before cutting. β£
Tiramisu filling:β£
8 Oz Mascarpone cheese, softenedβ£
6 Oz Cream cheese, softenedβ£
2 Egg whitesβ£
1/4 C Granulated sweetenerβ£
10 DropsΒ @oooflavorsΒ Tiramisu (You can use Vanilla extract if you donβt have this)β£
Combine all ingredients and beat until smooth.
