Instructions:
-Bake brownies as directed on bag
-Mix brownie mix and hot water
-Pour in melted butter
-Add in eggs
-Bake for 17-20 minutes
-Let brownies cool down
-Add either cream cheese or keto friendly frosting (you may need a little more depending on texture)
-Place info popsicle molds
-Refrigerate for 15-30 minutes
-Remove from mold and add popsicle stick slowly
-Melt white chocolate chips (add a little coconut oil at a time)
-Dip molded “brownie” into chocolate and place on parchment paper
-Sprinkle with color sprinkles
-Place in fridge to harden for at least 30 minutes
(Warning, be gentle while dipping into chocolate. It is fragile)
