KETO KINDER BUENO CHEESECAKE
HOW TO
Make 1 package of Keto candy girl Chocolate Chip Cookie mix according to package instructions.
Spread batter onto bottom of a parchment lined 9” springform pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Set aside, & cool completely.
No bake cheesecake
1 (8oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2c+ 2TB Choc zero Chocolate Hazelnut Spread
2c sugar-free whipped topping, store bought or homemade
Beat together cream cheese & hazelnut spread till thoroughly combined. Fold in whipped topping. Pour over cooled cookie crust. Freeze one hour.
White Chocolate Hazelnut Filling
1/2pkg. simply delish naturals
Sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
3/4c heavy whipping cream
1/3c Choc zero White Chocolate Hazelnut Spread.
Beat pudding mix & heavy whipping cream till almost smooth. Beat in hazelnut spread, put in a piping bag, & set aside.
Chocolate Hazelnut Filling
1/2pkg. Simply delish naturals Sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
3/4c heavy whipping cream
1/3c Choc zero Milk Chocolate Hazelnut Spread.
Beat pudding mix & heavy whipping cream till almost smooth. Beat in hazelnut spread, put in a piping bag & set aside.
Gently spread white chocolate hazelnut filling over cheesecake layer. Freeze one hour.
Pipe or spread chocolate hazelnut filling over white chocolate layer. Smooth & refrigerate a few hours.
*optional, pipe some sugar free whipped cream, mixed with a little white chocolate hazelnut spread, on top.
Sprinkle with some of my Copycat Kinder Bueno, (from @cutdacarb instagram post), that has been chopped. Drizzle with some Choc zero white chocolate & chocolate hazelnut spread.
