INGREDIENTS

1 package of Keto candy girl white chocolate macadamia nut cookie mix

1/4 cup toasted unsweetened coconut flakes

1 Tbls swerve brown sugar sweetener

1 Tsp of coconut super strength flavor @lorannoils

-- BAKE COOKIES ACCORDING TO INSTRUCTIONS ON PACKAGE .

FROSTING

8 Oz cream cheese softened

1/4 to 1/2 Tsp pineapple super strength oils flavor @lorannoils

6 Tbls of powdered monk fruit

Erythritol blend @sonourishedinc

-- Spread frosting on cooled cookies

Loved it!

This is my second time trying this keto chocolate chip cookie mix and it definitely gets the job done for me and my boyfriend when we’re craving something sweet and low carb :) This year, I bought it so we could have the cookies as a dessert for Valentine’s Day! I cut the cookies into hearts and they turned out so cute. We loved them and ate and shared them with his whole family :)

Amazing!!!

these are sooo good! there’s a crunch in it, not sure what it is, but it gives these an amazing texture. they are chewy cookies all around. i only baked them 12m out of the recommended 12-15m. and they were golden and delicious! well done KCG!!
