Never received item—seller ghosted my inquiry

I purchased a Sunny Day Squeezy Peach toy for my toddler daughter and, unfortunately, never received my order.

After waiting well beyond the expected timeframe, I reached out to ask for an update on the shipment. My emails went unanswered. Because of the lack of communication, I requested that my order be canceled and that I receive a full refund.

Eventually, the owner replied, stating they would “look into the issue.” After that, however, I never heard back. I followed up again, clearly stating that I no longer wanted the item and simply wanted my order canceled and my money refunded. Those emails have also been ignored.

At this point, the company has taken my payment, never shipped the product, and has failed to provide the requested refund or any meaningful communication. What has been most disappointing is not just the missing item, but the complete lack of customer service and accountability.

I genuinely tried to resolve this matter privately. I even told them I preferred not to leave a negative review if they would simply make things right by issuing a refund. Unfortunately, after repeated attempts to communicate and being continually ignored, I feel compelled to share my experience so that other customers can make informed decisions.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this seller. I sincerely hope they resolve my refund promptly and improve their communication and customer service going forward.

The Fruit Freak is bananas with delirium! I also cut out the peach pictures from the plastic box and put them on the refrigerator with strong magnets.
