HOW TO CRUST
1 package of keto candy girl shortbread mix prepared according to package.
Plus 1/3 Cup of creamy peanut butter and @choczero baking chips
Press down in your cheesecake pan.
HOW TO CHEESECAKE
8 oz of cream cheese softened
1 Egg plus 1 yolk( room temp)
1/2 cup of @steviabrands ketosesweet
3 Tbs of heavy cream
2 tsp of banana extract
Combine cheesecake ingredients mixing well. Add in your eggs but don't overmix. Pour onto the prepared crust. Cover with paper towel then foil. Add in 1.5 cups of water into the instant pot and place cheesecake pan on top of the trivet. Close- manual mode 30 mins- natural release 20 mins. refrigerate over night for yummier texture. Drizzle the next day with some extra chocolate and peanut butter.
