Grass Fed Bone Broth

 10 cups water
2 T Apple cider vinegar
3 celery stalks cut in half
2 small onions coarse chop
1 bay leaf 
3 lbs beef bones (preferably grass fed)
Put all the ingredients in your instant pot and cook on the broth setting for 4 hrs. After the pressure is released drain the liquid into a large bowl. Fill the pot again with 10 cups water and 2 T ACV and cook the second time and when it's done, combine the two broths and store them in quart containers and freeze until ready to use. Use sea salt to taste when serving.
