Keto Cappuccino Cookie Dough Brownies

These Brownies with Cappuccino Cookie Dough Frosting are two decadent desserts combined into one! A super fudgy brownie base made with our brownie mix and is covered with a smooth and creamy cookie dough frosting, edible cookie and some dreamy espresso flavor !
Here is how you make them!!

Ingredients:

-1/4 cup hot water
-1 stick melted butter 
-2 eggs
-1 tbsp espresso powder 
Mix and bake according to package directions. Mine took 25 minutes to bake

Cappuccino Cookie Dough Frosting: 

-1/2 stick butter, softened 
-2 oz cream cheese, softened 
-1/2 cup powdered sweetener 
-1tbsp heavy whipping cream 
-2-3 tsp espresso 
-1/2 container @realphatfoods edible cookie dough 

Directions: 

Whip butter, cream cheese and sweetener until light and fluffy. Add heavy cream and whip again. Add cookie dough and espresso powder and whip once more until combined. Frost brownies and enjoy!
