KETO COFFEE CAKE

HOW TO

Crumble:
2/3 cup coconut flour
Heaping 1/3 cup erythritol
1/4 cup brown sugar replacement
1/2 tbsp cinnamon
3/4 stick of butter, soft & cut into small pieces
PANCAKE MIX
4 Tbs of melted butter
1 Cup of almond milk
4 Large eggs
Use your fingers to blend the ingredients together until you get the crumble texture you want.
Pour half the pancake mix into a well greased 8x8 pan, add half the crumble mixture & then layer remaining pancake & crumble on top. Bake for 35 mins at 350°
Drizzle melted choc zero white chocolate on top! Enjoy!
