KETO COPYCAT NUTTER BUTTERS

HOW TO:

Prepare 1 bag of Keto candy girl peanut butter cookie mix as instructed. To make 1 cookie, roll dough into 2 small balls. Press together & flatten on parchment paper. The number of cookies it makes depends on how big you make each cookie. Bake at 350° for 8 mins or until done. Use a toothpick to score peanut design on warm cookies. Let cool completely.

Nutter Butter filling:

1/2c creamy peanut butter

2tbsp unsalted butter, softened

1/2c powdered sweetener

1/2tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Cream together butter & peanut butter, Beat in sweetener, vanilla & salt until combined. Spread evenly over half the batch of cookies. Top with remaining cookies.
