KETO MINI PECAN PIES

 

HOW TO


Crust
1 bag of Keto candy girl shortbread mix
1/2c melted butter
2tbsp cream cheese
Mix according to package. Evenly distribute dough into greased muffin pan & shape into pie crust. Set aside.

Filling

2c chopped pecans
1/2c brown sugar replacement
3/4c sugar free maple syrup
1 egg
2tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1tsp vanilla
1/2tsp salt
Combine all ingredients. Add filling (2 heaping tbsps) to pie crust.

Bake on 350° for 20-25 minutes. Pies should have a slight wiggle to them. Let cool completely before removing from pan!
