@keto.sheena must know this to be true! Check out this delicious PB cheesecake she made with @ketocandygirl brownie mix for the crust!

The Recipe:

1 bag @ketocandygirl brownie mix
1/4 cup HOT water
1 stick melted butter
2 eggs
Combine dry mix with ingredients as instructed.
Line a 9 inch springform pan with parchment paper. Pour & spread brownie mix. Bake at 350° for 20 mins, or until crust is set.

16 oz softened cream cheese
1.5 cups heavy whipping cream
1.5 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup powdered sweetener
3 tbsp vanilla collagen
1 tbsp beef gelatin
1/2 cup all natural peanut butter
Beat cream cheese, HWC & vanilla until well blended. Add sweetener, collagen & gelatin, beat until smooth & creamy. Then add peanut butter, mix until well combined.

Pour over cheesecake crust & spread evenly. Refrigerate for minimum of 4 hours before serving. Best chilled over night!
