Bake on a cookie sheet or in mini cheesecake tins with removable bottoms. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Immediately press warm cookies with the back of a rounded teaspoon to make a small depression into each cookie. Take 12 Sugar-free soft caramels, & roll into balls. Place directly into each warm well. They will melt on their own, as long as you don’t let your cookies cool before adding caramels. Drizzle each cookie with a little sugar-free white chocolate & enjoy!
*I did put one sugar-free white chocolate peanut butter cup into the center of one, & it was equally amazing! *Inspired by & soft caramels from @werthersorigionalus *Sugar-free white chocolate & peanut butter cup was from @choczero
These are delicious. I go back and forth between these and the Nutella stuffed being my favorite. Also customer service is amazing and if they are sold out, they’re worth the wait!
I love these! I never used to ‘waste’ calories on treats that weren’t chocolate… until I discovered these! When I really want to treat myself, I’ll have it in the morning with a cup of coffee. So indulgent, but still in my diet!
this cookie mix is the best keto friendly dessert I've tried, and I've tried many. You can use it as a base for other desserts, i love making the magic cookie bars using this and adding my own coconut and chips. highly recommend
