In a large mixing bowl, cream combine eggs, cream cheese and butter. Add dry mix (not cinnamon pack), water and oil.
In a 8x8 baking dish, pour in half of the batter. Open the cinnamon sugar packet and sprinkle half on top of the batter. Sprinkle half of the pecans on top of the cinnamon. Pour the rest of the batter over the nuts and top with cinnamon and nuts.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Enjoy!!
These chips are so delicious. My only issue is they are so addictive! I love tortilla chips, but I've been on a weight loss journey, and these are amazing to snack without gaining any weight.
These are the best in every way…clean ingredients, only 20 calories, hardly any carbs, and 5 grams of fiber!!! Being a plant based clean eater I’ve never found anything better in a tortilla!
