Keto Lemon Cookie & Cake Mix

Great flavor! Easy to make! I added some white chocolate raspberry morsels and they were very delightful!

This line of products showed up in my feed and I’m a huge lemon fan. Ordered this mix and made a dozen nice-sized cookies today with it and they came out A-MAZING! Prep was super easy and even my boyfriend loved them (and he is not a fan of low carb/low sugar). He’d never have known these were sugar free if I hadn’t told him. A home run for sure, even un-iced. Top notch product, worth every penny. Can’t wait to use the chocolate chip and peanut butter mixes I also purchased. Highly recommend!

I was a bit worried when I tasted the bitter raspberry mix while using this mix for the 1st time to make your Raspberry Lemon Bars. The recommended sweetener in the recipe was very, very bitter--ruined the taste of the sweet raspberries by themselves! But after adding the cake mix and the frosting, the outcome was very good. The cake was sweet enough to cover the bitterness of the raspberries and was very good. Still, I think I will look for another sweetener to use when preparing the raspberries for this recipe. The cake mix is excellent, as the absence of it in stock testifies!

This mix is so lemony and delicious! I made doughnuts from a recipe I saw on Instagram and I am Blown away!!! Who needs carb filled bakery doughnuts when you can make your own delicious keto ones. Thank you!
