I didnt really have high expectations going in, but as soon as I got them in the mail, they felt really nice and soft like regular bread so that was a good sign. I kept them in my fridge for a couple days before trying them, and they remained soft even though I expected them to stiffen up (as most keto bread does). I toasted them a bit in my toaster over and then replaced the buns on an in n out burger. They tasted JUST like real bread, and the texture was the same as well. They held up like real bread, didnt fall apart at all. No weird taste or smell. Absolutely perfect, I cant wait for them to come back in stock so I can order more!
