Brownie mix walnut biscotti's



1/8 cup chocolate chips (I used @lilys dark chocolate chips)
2 eggs
3/4 cup almond flour
2 teaspoons of olive oil
1/2 cup of walnuts
-Preheat oven to 350°. While oven is pre-heating, mix together 1 bag keto candy girl brownie mix,  chocolate chips, eggs, almond flour, olive oil and walnuts.

-Shape dough into a bread type loaf/log on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven, let cool just for a few minutes, then cut slices about an inch apart until you have about 10-12 biscotti pieces. Place back in oven for 10 minutes.

-Let cool completely before next step!

-Melt chocolate of choice. I used @lilys dark chocolate chips in microwave for  20 seconds at a time, stirring in between to consistently melt the chocolate. Once the texture is smooth, dip biscotti's into melted cup or drizzle on top. if you would like you can add more walnuts. Cool completely.
