Caramel cheesecake chocolate chip cookie cups
INGREDIENTS
1 Package of Keto candy girl chocolate chip cookie mix
1 Egg
8 Oz of softened cream cheese
1/2 tsp of vanilla
1/4 of powdered sweetener of choice like truvia
1/4 Cup of sugar free caramel syrup
Maldon salt optional
HOW TO
Chocolate chip cookie mix by @ketocandygirl prepared as directed.
Smoosh even amounts of dough into silicone muffin liners and bake for 5 min at 350°
Cheesecake filling:
one egg, 8oz softened cream cheese, 1/2tsp vanilla, 1/4c powdered sweetener and 1/4c caramel syrup (@choczero). Mix with electric mixture and pour onto of cookie crusts.
Bake another 15-20 min or until set.
LET COOL COMPLETELY (waiting is hard)
Top with more caramel syrup and maldon salt when serving. Store in fridge.
