While this bakes, bring 1 cup heavy whipping cream, 2TB powdered Monkfruit/Erythritol Blend and 1TB unsalted butter to a slow boil, then turn down to a simmer for 20-30 minutes.
Whisk ever so often.
You want this to reduce down, and thicken to about 3/4 of a cup. Take off heat and mix in 5oz of Choc zero milk chocolate chips 1/4c eatnutzo Keto Butter Mix together thoroughly until fully melted, and pour over cooled brownies.
Chill for 1 hour.
Melt together 3/4c Choc zero milk chocolate 6TB Heavy Whipping Cream. Do this over a double boiler or in the microwave in increments.
Spread over Fudge brownies. Chill till set. About 2 hours. Sprinkle with favorite chopped nuts (optional)
