Keto Chocolate Fudge Pie

Crust Ingredients:
- 1 bag ketocandygirl shortbread cookie mix
- 1 stick of butter
Filling Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Choc Zero chocolate baking chips
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 cup swerve granular sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Choc Zero chocolate syrup
Instructions:
- Make shortbread mix by following directions on bag. Mix with butter, knead well and wrap in plastic wrap into a ball. Put it in the fridge for 2 hours.
- Get a pie pan and grease well. Press dough into pie pan and onto sides.
- Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes depending on your oven.
- While baking prepare filling.
- Double boil the chocolate and butter over medium.
- Once melted put aside and let cool.
- Take pie crust out of oven and let crust, and chocolate cool.
- Whisk together 3 eggs, sugar, and salt very well! Should be a pale color.
- Once chocolate is cooled, add egg mixture and pour over partially baked crust.
- Put bake in oven for 30 minutes, let cool for a bit.
- Sprinkle swerve confectioners sugar, and Choc Zero drizzle and enjoy!
