Keto Layered Carrot Cake Waffle
This keto-friendly layered carrot cake waffle is so delicious. @ketosheena made this amazing breakfast using our KetoCandyGirl Carrot Cake Mix. Here's what she did!
- 1 bag of KetoCandyGirl Carrot Cake Mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup coconut oil

8oz softened cream cheese

1T softened butter
-
1/3 cup powdered sweetener

1T heavy whipping cream

1t vanilla extract
- Mix cake ingredients with mixer.
- Heat up mini waffle maker.
- Once waffle maker is hot, spray with non stick cooking spray.
- Place portion of mix in waffle maker. Remove. Add more mix. Makes 5 waffles.
- Allow waffles to cool completely.
- Cream together your icing ingredients well.
- Layer waffle and cream cheese icing.
- Enjoy!
