Mix Keto candy girl brownie mix as instructed, add hazelnuts & 1 shot of espresso. Pour batter into parchment lined baking dish & set aside.
Combine 10oz cream cheese, 1/4 cup sweetener of choice, 3 tbsp heavy cream, 1 egg, 1 tbsp vanilla, a pinch of salt & 3-4 tbsp Choc Zero hazelnut spread. Pour over brownie batter.
Bake at 350° for 20 mins. Let set for 15 mins, then chill in fridge over night.
