INSTANT POT Keto PB and Banana Cheesecake

HOW TO


 1 Package of Keto candy girl Shortbread Cookie Mix (prepared according to package)

1/3 Cup of Creamy Peanut Butter

Choc Zero Baking Chips (however much you want) Press down into your cheesecake pan


 8 Oz SOFTENED Cream Cheese


1 Egg + 1 Yolk (room temperature)


 1/2 Cup Steviva Brands KetoseSweet


3T Heavy Whipping Cream


 2 tsp Banana Extract (vanilla extract too if you would like)


- Combine Cheesecake ingredients mixing well. Add in your eggs but don’t over mix. Pour onto the prepared crust. (Pan 6 in fat daddio) Cover with paper towel then foil. Add 1.5c of water into instant pot & place cheesecake pan on top of trivet. Close - manual mode - 30 minutes - Natural Release 20 minute. Refrigerate overnight for yummier texture.
- Drizzle next day with some extra chocolate & peanut butter
