Mix 1 bag of Keto Candy Girl brownies as directed. Scoop into cookies onto parchment paper or silicone lined baking sheet. Bake on 350° for about 8-10 minutes. While that is baking cut Choc Zero peppermint squares into 4 smaller squares. When brownie cookies are done and still hot place 1 peppermint square in the center. Once cooled, ENJOY! Dusted cookies with powdered sweetener.

this cookie mix is the best keto friendly dessert I've tried, and I've tried many. You can use it as a base for other desserts, i love making the magic cookie bars using this and adding my own coconut and chips. highly recommend
