Keto Snickerdoodle Pecan Coffee Cake

INGREDIENTS

 Keto Candy Girl Snickerdoodle Cookie Mix
2 eggs
1 stick of butter softened
2 oz cream cheese softened
2/3 cup water
1/4 cup oil
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions
1. In a large mixing bowl, cream combine eggs, cream cheese and butter. Add dry mix (not cinnamon pack), water and oil.
2. In a 8x8 baking dish, pour in half of the batter.
3. Open the cinnamon sugar packet and sprinkle half on top of the batter. Sprinkle half of the pecans on top of the cinnamon.
4. Pour the rest of the batter over the nuts and top with cinnamon and nuts.
5. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes! Enjoy!!
