KETO STRAWBERRY LEMON CHEESECAKE

HOW TO

Preheat oven to 350° and Prepare two 8x8 pans by greasing them with oil spray.

CRUST

Prepare Keto candy girl lemon cookie mix according to package and press the dough into the two pans.

Bake on 350° for about 10 minutes or until the edges brown slightly. Remove from oven and let cool completely.

NO BAKE CHEESECAKE FILLING

16 Oz softened cream cheese
1/2 Cup powdered erythritol
1 Cup heavy whipping cream
1 Package @Simplydelishnatural strawberry gel

Using a mixer, whip the cream cheese until it’s smooth. Add sweetener and heavy cream and whip until thick, add the strawberry gel powder and whip until fully incorporated. Add cheesecake filling to cooled lemon crusts.

Optional: you can add sliced strawberries and press them into the filling and zest some lemon over the top.

Refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
