Keto toasted marshmallow cheesecake cups

HOW TO

-Keto candy girl chocolate cookie mix 


Use one package of Keto candy girl chocolate chip cookie mix, made per instructions. Line a muffin tin with paper liners and put a small scoop of cookie dough into each one pressing it into the bottom. Bake partially at 350 for 5 minutes. While that bakes, make the cheesecake layer. ⠀

Cheesecake Layer

⠀⠀
-8 oz cream cheese softened
-1/4 cup @guygoneketo sweetener
-1 egg⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
-10 drops @oooflavors toasted marshmallow flavoring⠀⠀
-Pinch of salt⠀⠀⠀⠀


Mix cream cheese and sweetener. Add egg and mix to combine. Add the rest and mix. Top each cookie cup with cheesecake filling, filling almost to the top. Bake for another 15 minutes. ⠀

Let cool, and top with homemade sugar free berry jam. ⠀

Berry Jam

-1 cup of frozen mixed berries

-1 tbsp powdered allulose

-lemon juice

-1 tsp @guygoneketo liquid sweetener

 


In a saucepan, heat 1 cup of frozen mixed berries with 1 tbsp powdered allulose, lemon juice, and 1 tsp @guygoneketo liquid sweetener.
