 KETO UBE SHORTBREAD CHEESECAKE

1 Bag Keto candy girl shortbread cookie mix

1 Stick softened butter

1.5 tsp of @mccormickspice Ube extract

16 Oz softened cream cheese


1.5 Cups heavy whipping cream


1.5 tsp vanilla extract


1/2 Cup powdered sweetener


3 Tbsp @preferredketo vanilla collagen


1 Tbsp beef gelatin

HOW TO


1 Bag Keto candy girl shortbread cookie mix for the crust. Combine mix with 1 stick softened butter. Press down in parchment lined spring form pan & bake for 10 minutes.

While crust is cooling, make the cheesecake filling. For this filling, also add 1.5 tsp of Mccormick spice Ube extract.

FILLING

16 Oz softened cream cheese
1.5 Cups heavy whipping cream
1.5 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 Cup powdered sweetener
3 Tbsp Preferred keto vanilla collagen
1 Tbsp beef gelatin
Beat cream cheese, HWC & vanilla until well blended. Add sweetener, collagen & gelatin, beat until creamy.

Pour over cheesecake crust & spread evenly. Refrigerate OVERNIGHT!
