PB chocolate shortbread bars

HOW TO
Make Keto candy girl shortbread cookie according to package directions but instead of chilling the dough press into 8x8 pan that’s been prepared with parchment leaving “wings” for easy pull out. Bake on 350 for 10 minutes.
Mix together 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter, 2 Tbsp butter,1 tsp vanilla and 1/2 cup powdered erythritol.
Spread over the top of cooled shortbread and place in fridge.
Melt 6 oz of chocolate and add 1 Tbsp butter, spread over the top of pb layer and place in fridge to set.
