While cookie dough chills, make Keto candy girl brownie batter. Spread the brownie batter evenly over the chilled cookie dough. Place back in fridge to chill for 30 mins to set up a bit.
Once set, roll it up like you would for cinnamon rolls & wrapped dough/batter roll in parchment paper to let chill for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 350° & slice dough/batter roll and place on parchment paper or silicone lined baking sheet. Bake brookies for about 14 mins. Let cool before removing from pan.
Filling:
16 oz cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup powdered sweetener
1 packet Simply delish natural vanilla pudding
Combine ingredients, it will get very thick. Pipe filling onto bottom side of Brookie & top with Brookie. Press down. Enjoy as is or chill in refrigerator.
This is my second time trying this keto chocolate chip cookie mix and it definitely gets the job done for me and my boyfriend when we’re craving something sweet and low carb :) This year, I bought it so we could have the cookies as a dessert for Valentine’s Day! I cut the cookies into hearts and they turned out so cute. We loved them and ate and shared them with his whole family :)
these are sooo good! there’s a crunch in it, not sure what it is, but it gives these an amazing texture. they are chewy cookies all around. i only baked them 12m out of the recommended 12-15m. and they were golden and delicious! well done KCG!!
These are my favorite keto treat! They’re so good. I wish the nutrition info was available, I have requested it multiple times. That’s my only complaint. But the cookies are delicious.
AMAZING!! I got them for my brother's birthday. He lives butterscotch everything. They were sooooooo good. Pretty close to my favorite white chocolate macadamia nut.
