Perfect Keto Stuffing
THE PERFECT
KETO STUFFING
recipe courtesy of @chefmichael.keto
Please don’t miss this one at your table, friends. This is it. The ultimate #keto sausage stuffing (dressing, to some of you). And it’s better than regular! It’s simply phenomenal...
.
The only thing is, you need to find/order a loaf of low-carb bread (like chompies ) or make your own bread first. There are tons of great recipes out there for keto bread, but it’s so much easier to use pre-made bread if you can... Anyway, have these thanksgiving recipes been helpful so far??

RECIPE: Keto Sausage Stuffing
*️⃣ You need to dry out 10 slices of Keto bread. Either leave out for a day or two on the counter, or bake on a cookie sheet for 30 minutes on 200.
Heat up a large skillet on high. Add a splash of oil, and sauté one 16 oz package of ground sausage meat. When cooked, remove from pan and set aside.
Chop one large onion and one 8 oz. package of white mushrooms. (Optionally, chop a stalk of celery. I just don’t love celery
In the same skillet, turn on med-high heat and add a stick of butter. When it’s melted, add the onion and 1/2 tap of salt. Sauté until onions are translucent. Then add mushrooms (and celery), and another sprinkle of salt. Sauté until cooked, and remove vegetables from pan, and set aside.
Next, melt one stick of butter in the microwave (yes, that’s a second stick of butter). Meanwhile, chop sage leaves until you have 2 TBS of sage packed in the measuring spoon. Then chop your 10 dry slices of bread into even 1/2” cubes.
In a large mixing bowl, add 2 eggs, 2 cups of Low-sodium chicken broth, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, and melted butter. Whisk to combine. Then add everything else to the bowl (bread, veggies, sausage, herbs). Mix well with a spatula. Then let everything soak for a full 5 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 350F.
Stir again, and then pour into your skillet (or baking pan). And bake for 25 mins at 350. Then turn up the heat to 450 for 10-15 more minutes, until toasty brown on top. Then, ENJOY THIS TREAT.
