Excellent taste. I must admit I add a touch of crushed and a touch of coconut and just a few keto nuts (makes it a “touch” more like my recipe). I also make the tiny cupcakes so it lasts longer. Yum! The product is excellent.

This carrot cake is so good. I am the only one in my home who does Keto, my husband and son won't eat any of it!! But not knowing this was Keto carrot cake they had no idea and said they would have never thought it was. Oh and carrot cake is their favorite. Yummy :)
